Ms. Cozby is an Associate of Carnelian Energy Capital Management, L.P., where she focuses on transaction due diligence, analytics and execution and monitoring active portfolio companies. Prior to joining Carnelian, Ms. Cozby was an Analyst in the Global Energy Investment Banking Group at Morgan Stanley, where she gained experience working on mergers and acquisitions, capital markets financings and strategic advisory assignments for clients across the energy industry. Ms. Cozby grew up in Houston, Texas, and received a B.B.A. in Business Honors and Finance and a B.A. in Plan II Honors from The University of Texas at Austin.
