Megan Liu

Associate

Ms. Liu is an Associate of Carnelian Energy Capital Management, L.P., where she focuses on transaction due diligence, analytics and execution and monitoring active portfolio companies. Prior to joining Carnelian, Ms. Liu was an Analyst in the Global Energy Investment Banking Group at Morgan Stanley, where she gained experience working on mergers and acquisitions, capital markets financings and strategic advisory assignments for clients across the energy industry. Ms. Liu grew up in Dallas, Texas, and received a B.A. in Economics from Rice University.
