Patrick Elder

Mr. Elder is an Associate of Carnelian Energy Capital Management, L.P., where he focuses on transaction due diligence, analytics and execution and monitoring active portfolio companies. Prior to joining Carnelian, Mr. Elder was an Analyst in the Global Energy Investment Banking Group at Morgan Stanley, where he gained experience working on mergers and acquisitions, capital markets financings and strategic advisory assignments for clients across the energy industry. Mr. Elder grew up in Houston, Texas, and received a B.S. in Management with concentrations in Finance and Accounting for Consulting and Finance from Boston College.
